U2414H - Can the 3.5mm audio jack output audio from a different input to the one displayed on the screen?

Hello,
I've got a U2414H that I've got setup as part of a dual-monitor setup alongside some Samsung thing.  Currently I use the 3.5mm audio jack on the back of the U2414H to output the audio from the mini-DisplayPort connection with the computer while I use same connection for video.

Would it be possible for me to have the audio from the mini-DisplayPort while I use the video from an HDMI port (so I can use computer audio while playing the Wii U)?
