U2414H, very bad banding, pixelating

I got this new U2414H monitor at work. It's banding, chunky, pixelating. I have spent hours trying all the "fixes." At this point I'm ready to give it back and get my tiny monitor back. As a graphic designer, I can't my display looking like this. Computer is Precision 5510 laptop with Nvidia Quadro M1000M (updated driver) and Intel HD Graphics (updated driver). Monitors as you see below.
