I know this has been addressed multiple times. I've tried everything suggested using the nvidia control panel and the display menu and the black border still exists. The border is there on the desktop and in programs. I've tried the overscan on my GPU and it says it's at it's max. (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1080). Is there anything I missed?
Just to verify that the U2515H itself is functional, run the U2515H standalone (not connected to the computer) BID (Built-in Diagnostic), page 56. If the BID colored screens appear full screen with no black border, then the U2515H is ok. The fault has to be with the Nvidia driver or a setup within the driver control panel or the port on the video card.
