U2515H, red stuck pixel

I noticed a red stuck pixel on my U2515H. It is tiny but it is there for sure. The monitor was purchased in my local shop (Europe) on 14.9.2015. Monitor has a 3 year warranty if I remember correctly. Am I still eligible for a replacement?

If purchased on September 14, 2015, the warranty will expire on September 14, 2018. After 30 days from the purchase date, any exchange you get will be refurbished/used. The refurbished/used replacement monitor could have any of the following and still be acceptable to Dell, meaning that you will not get to exchange it =
* Cosmetic issues on stand, monitor bezel, etc. that do not effect panel performance
* Less than 6 stuck dark pixels
* If the model is not available, the replacement/substitute is based on the following in descending order of importance =
- Current market price of the original monitor
- Size of the original monitor
- Maximum resolution of the original monitor
- Ports available on the original monitor

Ok, if I decide for a replacement, do I contact my local shop where the monitor was bought?

You can try through them. If they balk, read this.
