U2518D, delivered without the original Dell seal, is it OK?
Dear All,
I bought a Dell U2518D at Vietnam. But the original DELL seal is unavailable in box, it is replaced by other seal. Is my U2518D a refurbished? Please share me your information. Thank you very much.

Were they an "Authorized Retailer"? Open it up and look at the rear label. What is the 20 digit S/N? Send me the service tag number via private message.

They were Authorized Retailer. But they violate policy of Dell.
I send S/N and service tag via private message.

Built on = April 26, 2018 (almost 4 months old as of today)
Warranty end date = 9/22/21
Not sure if they "violated" any Dell policy. Perhaps they open and test them, then replace with their tape.
