U2711, Developed a green line (vertical) today

My monitor is still under warranty and developed a vertical green line today. I ran the self assessment test, unplugged and I can see the anomaly in red and blue. How do I request my Advance Exchange - Next Business Day (8X5) warranty?

Dell monitors do not have a "Next Business Day" warranty. They carry the 3 year Advanced Exchange Service and Premium Panel Guarantee.

I read the FAQ which advises me to contact support in my country (Australia)

I went on the website, clicked support, scrolled down to product support, selected my product (I can see the model(Dell U2711 Monitor), service tag and express service code.

 

From there no means to contact support or raise a request.

How do I contact support in Australia ?
