U2711 issues

Hi,

Currently I have my 2nd U2711 monitor and tonight it stopped to work, meaning black screen, no DELL logo when restarting:

- ON/Off button is working

- Lights go on when I press lowest button

- No OSD

I removed all cables, pressed the on/off switch for 8 seconds, plugged power cord back in, nothing.

Any tips?

With this screen I also had the following issues (in dual monitor):

- Lock up of screen when rebooting my PC

- Sync warnings from the Graphics card when switching monitor off/on for some times, after switching back off/on I could select correct resolution

As mentioned this is my 2nd already, the first one did not work at all with DisplayPort after two weeks or so.

Dell Policy Concerning Exchanges -
If the exchange is setup inside the first 21 days from the invoice date, the replacement will be New.
If the exchange is setup outside of the first 21 days from the invoice date, the replacement will be Refurbished/Used.
