* PC service tag number
* Your shipping address
* Your phone number
* Your email address
* U2715H service tag number and/or 20 digit serial number
The on screen message is appearing because the U2715H is not detecting that a video card + video cable are attached to it.
* What PC model?
* What operating system
* What video card model?
* List all of the video out ports on the video card
* How is the PC and video card currently connecting to the U2715H?
