U2715H, physical buttons not working
Hi all,
I can't find any related posts for my issue. Not long ago the front buttons on my U2715H monitor stopped responding. I can't even turn the monitor on/off except by unplugging it, although it automatically turns on when plugged in so it's generally usable right now. Is there any possible fix besides sending it into Dell for repair? And if not, how do I get that process started? I see that it has a five year manufacturer's warranty.

Dell has never repaired monitors. We exchange them while under the purchased limited warranty. You don't automatically get 5 years. The default warranty period is 3 years. Years 4 and 5 were at additional cost to you at the time of purchase.
