I bought this unit on January 14, 2019 from USA and have transferred the ownership to my current living country Singapore. The warranty is valid till 2024. I contacted the technical support number provided on Dell Singapore website and requested for a exchange. However the cso told me this unit is purchased out of APJ region so they cannot replace the faulty unit for me. And she asked me to reach USA dell support team.
