U2718Q, software reporting not HDCP compliant

Two different programs report that my monitor IS NOT compliant. How can this be for a 2018/2019 monitor? Is there a firmware issue?

* Page 12 of the online U2718Q User's Guide states =

 

HDMI 2.0 (HDCP 2.2)

 

DP 1.2 (HDCP 2.2)

 

mDP (HDCP 2.2)

 

 

So we know on a hardware level that those ports are HDCP 2.2 capable. The question we cannot answer is why your 3rd party software is misidentifying those ports.

Yeah I'd love to do that, except the system tells me that I cannot sent any more PMs at this time. What? Really? First one I've tried to send. Not very inspiring, folks.
