U2723QE, Adobe software, Profile D6500 not working

Hi,

I just installed U2723QE on Windows 11. I'm getting flickering when opening Apps. When opening Photoshop Elements, I get the following error message =

I do not have experience with the monitor calibration software. It came factory set with the accompanying sheet showing check marks on all areas as passing. I need some help on the easiest way to fix this.
