Ahaaa I get your point. So it seems that everyone can ask for a exchange and get the A03 now. Since it's possible to get that exchange it shouldn't be long before it comes available to purchase.

@Dell-Chris M - Is there a SKU or some other Dell ID that uniquely identifies the U3014 rev A03 monitors? I've been talking to several groups within Dell and they are all struggling with how to identify a rev A03 U3014 so they can ship me the correct monitor version.
Neither support nor sales can "choose" a revision. According to our sales and parts pages...

Retail? If you mean non-Dell sites, there is no guarantee. The only guarantee is when you purchase directly from a Dell new purchase website.
