U3014, mDP to DP cable, no audio
Just bought the U3014 and I'm using the included mDP to DP cable. I set the audio to go through the DP and I see the Volume Bar go up when there is sound. But I don't hear any sound coming from the U3014. So does this U3014 monitor support sound / audio? Any help would be appreciated.
My PC specs:
i7 2600K
GTx 780
8gb 2133mhz ram
850W Enermax PSU
windows 8 64bit

Per the U3014 User's Guide, the U3014 does not have built in speakers. The monitor does not have internal speakers. You have to plug your external speakers into the monitors audio connector jack on the bottom of the monitor.
