U3219Q, M1 MacBook Pro, Monterey 12.1, USB solution

Solution for Dell Monitor U3219Q with M1 MacBook Pro Monterey 12.1 for USB ports. As previously reported, the USB ports will work fine IF you reboot (must turn off and then on each time) your U3219Q display with USB-C cable. This can be a hassle. But it is EASY if you use a power strip with ON-OFF switch sitting next to your U3219Q. Then you simply turn OFF, then ON on your desk. (You plug the U3219Q into the power strip (and nothing else, so other devices are not turned off, only the U3219Q. This works every time! Hopefully Monterey will be upgraded to solve, but this simple fix works. Good luck!
