U3417W, horizontal lines, flicker
My U3417W has horizontal lines that flicker on/off in approx 2 second intervals.
- I have reset to factory defaults.
- Problem persists when monitor is disconnected from the computer and is showing "The display will go into Power Save Mode in 4 Minutes" screen.
- I have run through the other diagnostic tests recommended on this forum.

* Was this purchased directly from Dell?
* What is the 20 digit S/N number?
* For testing, the U3417W power cable should be plugged directly into the wall socket
* Post a video showing the issue while running its stand alone Built-in Diagnostics (page 61)
