U3818DW, HDMI signal cuts out intermittently

I am having the same issue with the U3818DW. Dell techs keep telling me its my computer. IT checked out the computer and it is working fine. Brand new video card as well. I use the monitors audio, so I would like to keep using the HDMI. Any suggestions?

We need more data;

* Power reset the monitor
- Disconnect all cables from the U3818DW (including the power cable)
- Press and hold in the power button for 10 seconds. If a capacitive power button, just wait for 30 seconds
- Reconnect the power cable, powered speakers (no headphones), USB upstream cable and a single HDMI to HDMI cable from the computer video card
- Turn the U3818DW on and retest

* To what computer model is the U3818DW attached?
* What operating system is installed on the computer?
* What video card/GPU is installed in the computer?
* What video OUT ports are on the video card/GPU?
* List all U3818DW cables and adapters attached to the computer and the ports they are using and how they are connecting to the U3818DW. For example =

Powered speakers (no headphones) connected to the U3818DW Audio-Line out port
Computer USB out port --> U3818DW USB upstream cable --> U3818DW USB upstream port
Computer video card GTX 1080 HDMI out port --> U3818DW HDMI to HDMI cable --> U3818DW HDMI in port (left)
-or-
Computer video card GTX 1080 HDMI out port --> U3818DW HDMI to HDMI cable --> U3818DW HDMI in port (right)

* For my notes, send me via Private Message the following =
Service tag number
20 digit serial number
A0x revision

In the private message, I only need the Service tag number, 20 digit serial number, A0x revision.

All of the other troubleshooting data should be on this public thread.

Chris- There is no "envelope" next to the picture as your instructions suggest.

The only cords I have are the power cord and 1 HDMI cable
Windows 10 Pro
Video card is Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti (brand new. Just installed this week)

* What PC model?
* Have you tested the DP out ports on that GTX 1050 Ti to the U3818DW using the U3818DW DP to DP cable? The audio out port will still work
* What Nvidia driver is installed?
