U3818DW, KVM issues, #2

Have had a Dell 3818DW for almost three years now but have been having issues for last three months with the internal KVM on USB peripherals on both upstream PCs

Keyboard + mouse connected to the monitor are borderline un-usable with frequent issues every minute. Keyboard would get stuck on a pressed key and repeat continuously until I hit backspace or another key. Mouse would be stuck for a brief bit and cause cursor movement to be really unnatural

Verified both keyboard/mouse are fine (wireless and wired) by plugging into laptop(s) directly. Tried both USB-C and USB-A cables and both inputs have same issues. Also tried both laptops

Any one experiencing the same?

To receive assistance from Dell support agents they need to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private U3818DW Service Tag and 20 digit serial number with them. Also provide to them =
* What specific PC model?
* What operating system?
* Explain in detail how the U3818DW is connecting to all PC using all ports and cabling

* Open U3818DW Menu- Others
* Verify what firmware is currently installed on your U3818DW. If older than M3B106, then install M3B106 and retest
