U3818DW, Precision 3520, not able to get 3840x1600 resolution
I am using Precision 3520 with 6th gen i7 processor. I have installed all drivers from Dell but still not able to get resolution option 3840x1600. The maximum that I can get is 2560x1440.

The Precision 3520 HDMI out port is only version 1.4. It must be version 2.0 to get 3840x1600 60Hz. At 60Hz, the most you can do 2560x1440.
If your Precision 3520 came with the optional USB Type-C out port. You should be able to get 3840x1600 60Hz. Connect like this =
Precision 3520 USB Type-C out port --> USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable --> U3818DW USB-C in port

SangramJ,
Are you connected with the computers HDMI port to the monitor HDMI port?
Please click the link below to download the online manual for the monitor.
