U3818DW, speaker volume loud, #3

Good day,

The volume between 0 and 30 is exactly the same. And I still cannot have a normal conversation on the phone while having YouTube playing in the background on its very lowest of volume. I saw another identical topic but that seemed to be closed. Hope somebody has a solution on this.

Thanks for posting and for providing your service tag information. Apologies that your monitor is not performing as https://dell.to/2yYcgZW this only on YouTube? Or is all audio playback causing this issue?

Be sure you have set the default audio Playback (taskbar, speaker icon) to the U3818DW, make sure the U3818DW Menu- Audio- Speaker is Enabled and that you do not have headphone or external speakers plugged into the U3818DW Audio-Line out port.U3818DW Menu- Audio- Speaker, change to EnableU3818DW Menu- Audio- Reset AudioRetest

Also check the speaker volume control on your computers audio playback software.
