This error in your DDM log is from Windows, so something is wrong with your display configuration. Try this:

1. Start Device Manager
2. Delete (uninstall) every entry listed *under* the "Monitors" category (NOT the "Monitors" category itself!)
3. Delete (uninstall) every entry listed *under* the "Display adapters" category (NOT the "Display adapters" category itself!)
4. Go up to the Action menu, and select "Scan for hardware changes"

This is a Windows configuration error. Go into Device Manager and check the state of the Display Adapter driver under Properties.

I checked Display adapters under device manager and it has no any issue and working fine. But still Dell Display Manager  not working.
