UP2414Q DP1.2 weird resolutions?

Yes I have the exact same problem, I've used every Nvidia driver since the original 4kx2 driver release. 1920x1080 becomes a small box for me, same with 2560x1440. It's not scaling correctly. I've tried switching aspect ratios via the monitors OSD as well as trying to stretch it via Nvidia control panel will not let me extend it beyond default. Funny, my Monitor actually came with a DP 1.1 cable I had to buy a DP1.2a cable off of Amazon. I'm running display port to display port. I'm using a GTX 780 Reference card from EVGA.

A new purchased from Dell UP2414Q ship with the following cables =
5120P Power cable
PN81N USB 3.0 Upstream
05VX0 DP to mDP (DP 1.2)
Verify the part number on the cable that shipped in the box. The resolution you should be using is 3840x2160. To display 3840x2160 at 60 Hz, DP1.2 must be enabled and the DP source’s graphics card must be DP1.2 certified with MST feature, capable of supporting resolution up to 3840x2160 at 60Hz and its driver supports DisplayID v1.3.
