The UP2718Q manufacturer did offer to Dell the Apple OS-X SDK and Apple DUCCS software for Apple customers to use, but our front line technicians can only offer "best guess" support. Why, because the front line technicians do not have the Apple hardware to test on. So my advice, if you have issues with the Apple software and the UP2718Q, ask for help and troubleshooting advice from other UP2718Q users on the Apple Forum.
