broken Color in Dell 2209Wa
My monitor connect by DVI to video card.
also I tried connect the monitor to my old computer and I've same problem.

Doesn't sound like the same problem as mine as its in the same place and present all the time. Sounds more like a problem with the screen itself!

Can't see to well to tell from the pics, but ive been having problems with this monitor and windows 7 64bit. gradients between colours were very grainy. Solved the problem by changing the 2209wa.icc colour profile to the default sRGB

I had the "Grainy" color gradient issue with my Dell 2209WA as well. For anybody out there still having this issue, I resolved it by uninstalling the Dell Monitor driver from Device Manager.
All fixed! I don't know why the Dell driver is breaking it, but removing it solved my problem!
