Whenever I plug the uplink USB cable to the uplink port. The screen goes blank, and the power blue light keep flashing. No response no matter what I press on any button until I remove the usb cable. What's the problem? Anyone have the problem solved or I have to rma it?
So the other end of the monitor USB cable is not connected to anything when this occurs?
