our customer needs OEM info about 1703FP monitor
We have a very large potential customer that is interested in buying about 70 of our systems. Our system runs on an optiplex with a 1703FP monitor.
The customer is adamant on knowing the OEM of the 1703FP.
Can you please tell me who the OEM is? I have so far heard Samsung, LG and Sony - this is confusing...
This is really important and I need accurate info.

There are 2 different makers of this monitor.
(Category Name)
1703FPt / DELL - LITEON
(Model No / Brand Name) (Basic Model)
SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.
LITEON TECHNOLOGY CORP.

Thanks for your reply.
Our customer is asking if you guarantee absolutely the same performance from both monitors. Same viewing angles, same color tones, same glare.... etc??? They want uniformity all the way.
He says he has no problem with the Samsung but has some negative doubts with the Liteon.
How do you know which monitor is which? is it written somewhere?
This is important. Thank you.

The one has the integrated stand. I believe it is the Samsung version. As far as the guarantee about performance; I have not worked with these monitors.
