Application popup: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library : Runtime Error!
Hi All,
I'm experiencing the following issue.
I've a Networker server 7.6 which is also vcb proxy server.
I'm running VCB backup of 5 VMs, this backup is scheduled in the evening.
Is from monday that every morning VCB group is running (apparently because really is stuck) and I get on Networker Server the following popup:
Application popup: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library : Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin\nsrvcb_save.exe
Anyone is experiencing this problem?
Could anyone kindly help me?

Hi,
I haven't seen this before. Are the backups failing? Do you have an error message that indicates why they are failing in the daemon.raw or in the event logs? Have you a Dr. Watson dump happening? Did this work before?

Hi,
If you close the popup backup will fails. If you leave opened the popup backup complete successfully.
However we had workaround the problem isolating this server from VCB backup and running normal fileserver backup.
We saw this happen just with a single VMs running w2k.
