Block base failed failed - RPC error - views/nw/nw_9_2_1_1

In the debug log I have a lot of errors like this:

The path D:/views/nw/nw_9_2_1_1_SEC/rpc/lib/c_tcp.c not exist on both backup server and client!

Anyone can you explain me?
