You should focus on error/problem you have. That way we can help you resolve it. It is supported, but now we need to know where it fails.

It probably is ...
Just have a look at the Information Protection Software Compatibility Guide, available from Powerlink.

I looked in the guide to share and inform you that version supports 4, 5, 613 but when installed on Server 5.5 does not have communication.

The CG states what is supported. However, even unsupported configurations will work.
What does mean "does not have communication?" - are the daemons running at all?

To me this looks as an error not from installation, but rather configuration of the client in NMC. In that case, it seems as if you are trying to create client called breds4001 and it fails as this name can't be resolve (I admit I never seen message in a way that it clains client is running lover version than xx so this could be new to 762 or something with wizard).
If this is indeed action where you define client, can you tell us if you are using wizard or doing it manually? If wizard, can you try manually? Also, can you confirm that client has NW software installed?

There is nothing to suggest you have issue with NSR peer at this point. Also, you attached the same word document as before.
Can you do on backup server nslookup against client? And it's IP later on?
