DD cloning via Storage Node, not directly between DDs?

Hi community,

I have a storage node with connection to (and devices on) 2 different DD systems. These DDs are placed in different locations with different networks and have no direct access via network to each other, so DD cloning via replication service of DDOS is not possible. I want to copy/move data from system 1 to system 2. Is there any way to clone/stage data between these systems - maybe via storage nodes - without use of clone controlled replication mechanism (DDOS replication)?

Regards

If you clone it, CCR will be tried first, but if not possible it will fail back to classic legacy method over storage node.

yep, you can still use the traditional way of doing it, but remember that the amount of data traffic which will be created will be more when you use CCR with DDboost. I would recommend you to get the network connection between the 2 DD's sorted out and get this done with CCR (DDOS replication).
