Devices-Drive Utilization Report Blank 7.6.3
Hi All
Experiencing a weird issue. Drive utilization report returning blank from 30 Sept 2012-8AM onwards. Prior to that is ok.
Has anyone seen this issue? Nothing was upgraded or changed on 30Sept. Only thing daylight saving happened on 30sept 2am but utilization shows up to 8am. Thereafter blank.

I think issue with NetWorker and NMC daemons.
I think restarting NetWorker service should help you.
Try restarting the NetWorker service, see if it fixes the issue.

Hi Thierry,
I haven't seen this issue before. One thing you could try to do is run the report with gstclreport command. This will give you an idea of whether you have an NMC display issue or that the actual report isn't working.
Look up the NetWorker Command Reference Guide 'gstclreport' section for details and examples of how to use this. You can export to csv and see if you have your data.
