How do I update the password for a data domain device?
I updated the boostuser password on our data domain and want to update it in networker. However, the option to update it is greyed out. Is there somewhere else I'm able to update this?

In the NW Admin GUI (not the NMC GUI) ...
Go to "Devices" window
Select "Devices" on the left hand side
From the list to the right, select the device you want to modify and
double-click it to open the "Properties" window.
Then open the "Configuration" tab. You will find the "Remote Host settings in the upper right corner.

I suppose you wanted to change it for a DD resource - such is impossible.
You must change it dor each DD boost device.

Bingo, Thanks for the reply.
I am still unsure of exactly where I can do that. In networker, I am looking at each device properties under the DD but I don't see anywhere I can update the password info (besides for an NDMP user). Sorry, I am fairly new to networker and don't know my way around real well. Can you point me in the right direction?

Bingo,
Ok, I was confused and thought that was only for NDMP authentication. I was able to get the devices mounted again. Thanks for your help!
