How to use networker 7.6.1 to backup data on celerra ns-g2

Hi, I'm new here, so be patient, please!

I need to backup data on Celerra NS-G2 with the Networker 7.6.1.

I need to know if it is possible to do it by installing the Networker agent directly on the Celerra, or I need the NDMP module, and in this case I need documentation and info about buying and configuring the module itself.

Hoping this is the right place to do the question,

Best Regards

Diego

There is no backup agent on Celerra - it is filer. To backup volume on filer you either use NDMP protocol Configuration of NDMP is covered in admin guide (NW wise). In case that you would backup Celerra with tape drive attached to it, you may also check backup configuration guide by Celerra to see commands you need to verify tape paths (this has been covered on this forum in the past too so searching for Celerra in NW forum will probably trigger some configuration examples).
