You need to add the clients into a snapshot based group, so please open group configuration, and select the box "Snapshot backup", and then set the pool you want to use.

Also it's a bit confusing, as you said there is no cluster, but you mention 5 nodes; can you please clarify?

how would i configure that

it must and should need for Hyper -v configuration

by the way there is no cluster environment

we have individual nodes in hyper v 1 server and 'hyper v 2 server parallel

in each hyper v there are approximately 5 nodes.

Can you please check your liceneses?:

Also make sure the pool is correctly configured.

In any case, I think you have now fallen into a duplicated client ID issue.

I'll send you the procedure later on. If doesn't work then you will need to engage support to clean your media DB

I'm afraid this indicates a duplicated client Id issue.

Please contact support and mention the Hyper-V along with the duplicated ID issues.

You can even share the link of this thread when opening the case.
