Hello,

these are more unspecific pointers to the problem itself. The details would be reported in the specific nmm.raw file. So please run nsr_render_log nmm.raw [> output_text_file] and post the appropriate part of the log.

Sorry, but this is not worth anything. It seems as if you never learned about the NW log file logic.

A *.raw file is a NW log file which contains coded information (variables) which are replaced by true values when you run the appropriate viewer - nsr_render_log . After that you might get a clue about the problem because now you will be able to read 'understandable' messages. You might now even find the problem already by yourself. But noboby could fill your log variables with your true values.

BTW - this is the start of the whole proce

dure. If the problem is simple to determine, I might be able to help you right away: Just to inform you - I am not an Exchange specialist. Others might need to drop in to help. But without a proper log information this would end in a 'mission impossible'.

There might be an issue with the replication service, I would get your Exchange admin to take a look at it and restart it if possible.

In case this is a new set up for NetWorker then may be you would want to check if the appropriate VSS writers are up and running for Exchange.
