Jukebox not found in server
Hi Team,
What we have to do if we don't find jukeboxes while we trying to configure jukebox .
In inquire we didn't find the attached libraries

Honestly - where do we have to start (again and again).
OS version?
NW version? - I just hope you do not want to use NW 7.4.
Attached to the NW server directly or a remote storage node? - inquire needs to be run locally.
Does the OS see the hardware at all?
It is really hard to advise anything without that info.

If the OS doesn't see a device then neither will any backup software. As bingo.1 already stated, without stating ANY information of OS and version, the NW version, what the OS tools/commands say about any connected devices (through SAN for example or direct SCSI connected?), what inquire option was used (for example to scan for all luns)? So pretty much anything that is actually relevant.
Nobody here is psychic (as far as I know...). We'd have to work at least with the bare minimum amount of input to be able to say anything worthwhile or even point you into certain direction.
