Many warnings

Hi guys!

I have this message every 6 ms, so my daemon log file grows and it is not comfortable to search or to read log. All backups perform without problems. I can't say what is the reason of warnings.

73139 09.09.2014 11:18:14  2 3 6 3196 7520 0 nsrd RAP warning Received no results for NSR Storage Node resource query for on server

Did anybody see this message? How can I resolve it or disable this warning?

Thanks

Ok. Do the following :

#nsradmin -d "C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\res\nsrdb"

nsradmin> . type: nsr client; name: backup_server.fqdn.com

nsradmin> append aliases: backup_server

append? yes

nsradmin> q

net start nsrd

Thats fine. Looks like the backup server trying to get a hostname that you are not aware of. start nsrexecd and share the output:

nsradmin -p nsrexecd

nsradmin> . type: nsrla

nsradmin? print

After I appended short name and do:

print type: nsr client; name:short_name

It answers "no resources found for query"

I did so...

But service doesn't start

Durin appending server_name it asks me not "append?" but "update?"

Is there any difference?

What does this line perform? Does it delete nsrdb?

nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrdb

I think it is best to get support look your configuration. There is some disconnect that we are not able to figure out. Seeing it would make it easier to troubleshoot.
