NDMP CIFS share backup
Hi All
There are 2 CIFS shares
/root_vdm_1/Employee on Celerra 1(Production) and /root_vdm_7/Employee on Celerra 2 (DR)
There is replication from Production to DR
We are testing to backup DR CIFS share that is /root_vdm_7/Employee.The backup returned successful but in Networker GUI only /root_vdm_1 is shown to browse...anything missed?
Mminfo shows that the DR share successfully backed up with its ssretent/browse and size backed up all correct

Have you checked status with mminfo?

Run modified and not general mminfo - check what is savetime for backup and also what client value is.

after another full backup it showing up now..strange
but restoring from the backed up DR share throws this
39078: nsrexec: SYSTEM error remote exec problem for command recover no connection could be made target machine actively refused it

When doing NDMP restore, there is specific way how the restore is made (actually, specific way how syntax is written) - what did you use exactly?
