NMC gstdb crashing on RHEL 6.1 x86_64 and 7.6.3.1

I have been running 7.6.3.1 on our RHEL6.1 x86_64 Networker server for about a week now with no problems until now. The NMC running on this same server now crashes as soon as it is started. The logs show:

Found a message on the web stating that the NMC was not compatable with RH6.1. Can anyone confirm this?

If that is the case, can I move my NMC (just the NMC) to a RH5.4 machine without having to move my server and make it work?

Is it a bug with the database software?

Are my server's backup indexes affected by this or only the NMC database?

Thanks in advance.

After unsucessfully trying to submit a case using Opera on my linux machine, I tried the Live chat which did not work either. I then got on a windows box with explorer and tried chat again and it worked. Why can compatable web pages be made that work with all browsers.. arrggghh!! Now this explorer session doesn't support correctly.

If I keep the CR held down long enough repeating it works.

Bottom line is that NMC isn't supported under RHEL 6.X as stated in the compatability guide I was told.

I can move the NMC to a supported machine and my Networker server indexes or data will not be affected.

I can use nsrwatch and nsradmin to controll/monitor my server until I move the NMC.

Powerlink is still pretty useless. Searches pull up nothing ever useful. This support forum is the first good thing they have done since the start of powerlink. I get better web support from google searches.
