Usually this has been seen when java is not set to follow daylight saving or different TZ on NMC was causing all sorts of issues.

Same as TZ for any other box (it really depends on OS).

You may check the timezone (daylight-saving) settings on your OS.

I have the same issue as you elearning.
I have 2 NMC servers, one with Java version 1.4.2 and another one with 1.6.0_23 and in both I see one our before for all the backups, but, the backups runs at the correct time.
I am checking it, because there is a problem with Java version before 1.4.2, but not sure if this is the same case.

Hello again,
We have upgraded ALL NW console servers java to the latest version 1.7.5 (cant remember exactly sorry) and it solves the issue.
It is very important to upgrade all the NMC servers java, because we forgot one, and the problem persists until we upgraded it, despite we never used to use it...
