9.2.2 initial release is out now and available for download.
EDIT: Links which were sent via email are giving not authorized error so I suspect either this has been pulled back or deployment (binary and docs) is still in progress ("Friday release").

Over the weekend, Dell posted email notification about 18.2 download locations. At this point, I think that was mistake as original release data as per my information is still some 9 days away and of course there is no documentation update (doesn't make sense to install something without reading docs first - even if it is pure patch release). However, 18.2 is coming soon (official notes state this is security patch only and its release date is stated to be Dec 7th).

I case it was missed, NW 19.1 is out. Note that 19.1 client requires server 19.1 so most likely you do not wish to jump to this version immediately unless you need to (eg. support for Win/EXCH 2019).

Additional notes:
NMC connections now uses https. During installation a certificate will be generated.
And a warning for all Data Domain users. Networker 19.1 requires at least DDOS 6.0. The documentation is misleading here. The installation guide recommends DDOS 5.7 which was obviously wrong. I had a thrilling hour with this fact.
