Networker 9.2.1 client installation problem on RH linux 5.7v
Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to install networker client on RHEL 5.6 version (virtual Machine).
After installing the package using rpm -ivh lgtoclnt-9.2.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm
I cannot see nsrexecd services running.
Please provide any suggestions.

Have you made the host file entry on the client?
If you haven't turned off the firewall, shut it down and try to start the service again. Also, can you share the output of the following:
ldd `which nsrexecd`
ps -ef | grep nsr
service networker start
service networker status

Just stop and start internal firewall of os and then try starting nsrexecd

Hi Mohammed,
did you really expect your commands to work?
Shouldn't they be executed step by step or used without the leading 'cd' command?

I added cd by mistake.
earlier I use /etc/init.d networker start

Missed localhost entry in host file on client.
Made localhost entry and started networker services. now it is working.
