Networker API calls for monitoring and logging in vROps and vRLI

My customer is using Networker for backups and wants to be able to monitor the backups and check the logs for issues. Is it possible to automate the extraction from networker or its portal using API's? This would allow us to automate the extraction of relevant data to keep an eye on the state of networker without having to look at the portal?? We are obviously not able to use ESA as it only supports Avamar not networker
