A bit more info would help, especially

  -  what is the operation system?

  -  which NW version do you use?

Could you also please add a screenshot to point out what exactly is missing?

Sorry, but your screenshots only appear as icons indicating that there is a kind of picture. Did you verify your uploads at all?

Best practice is to save a screenshot as jpg file and to add it to the message.

I did at least 3 different browsers but no success. Finally I rebooted my system. Now I can even see the first one. Sorry for the confusion.

So - you are using the client configuration wizard. A tool I never use ... but it should work at least

If you have come so far, there is no reason, that the summary should not be displayed. The effect looks weird. Try to restart the NMC daemon (gst) but I doubt that this will really improve. Could also be a JRE issue.

May I suggest that you use the NetWorker specific NRE software that is available with you NW version and not an obsolete? JRE software.

Sure - you use JRE, either directly installed or 'hidden' by NRE.

In fact, I have no straight answer. I just thought there is a kind of incompatibility issue which I cannot define any further. It does not make sense that the software will work for 90% of all windows but hang with a very specific one.

Maybe Dell/EMC already knows the issue.

This error just means that a pool assigned to the backup doe snot have a device that meets the requirement of the backup request. Have you set the device, pool and storage node correctly ?
