Not able to create backup policy for VBA

Hi,


Has  anyone experience the problem below?  Your help is appreciated.


ERROR: “Create and/or update operations failed for the following VBA's: ebra01.cdbkp.xxx.com

Detailed logs:

Hi,

Did you checked that the VBA is online and success ? And did you change anything on the dd like the ddboost password ? If yes then you need to update the password of the ddboost user in the devices properties on nmc and also on the vba you need to edit the dd configuration.

rwong, Is this a new set up? Or are you just trying to edit the existing configuration ?
