OFM & Legato Error
Dear All,
Here is the error messages that the customer server admin capture for me, may need you all to justify whats the root cause & how to resolve the problem.

2) As far as I remember this used to be an issue with OFM 9.1 and 9.2 fix it. KB lists that too.
3) Pool configuration.
4) Check connectivity between klmsx004 and klmsx019b and client configuration (eg. servers file)
Given that your customer needs help you should engage your support to help you out further as for some of above topics you will need them to run analysis of logs and resource database.
