ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer,

I am trying to restore the database in different host server and getting following error, event its same for control file restore. Please advise.

Hi,

You be sure to have added the destination client's name into the source client's 'Remote access' attribute with user and machine name in the form of <user_name>@<destination_client_name> or, temporarily add *@*, and remove when the directed recover is complete.
