PowerSnap problems
Hello,
We have installed PowerSnap module 2.4 for NetWorker 7.3.4.
Application host and proxy host are on win2k3 and NetWorker server is on Solaris.
After done everything by the book from the install guide we have a error message after starting backup in the NMC in the log we are finding next lines:
emc_snapview::isSnappable: c0t0d0 appears to not be snappable
clarDirectoryService::isServiceSupported
Snapshot not supported : Vendor : emcclar Object : \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1
When we list the snapable luns we can find our targeted one but when we start NW backup we get the message that lun is not snapable.
We would really appreciate some help with this issue.
If you need any other additional information, Please don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks and Best regards,
Bojan

Usually, first drive is used by OS and that one is not snappable - are you sure this is the disk you are after? I just worked with Symmetrix, but what happens here is API talks to CLARiiON and it returns that drive you selected is not snappable.
