Problem with backup: 39078:save: SYSTEM error & 5777:save: Cannot open save session

Hi everyone

I have a problem with the backup process, this occurs when I start the backup from the server OR from the cliente with save command (exist a Firewall between them) in both cases I receive this error message:

save -s bksrv.senamhi.gob.pe /boot/grub/
39078:save: SYSTEM error: client `10.10.20.1' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server

5777:save: Cannot open save session with bksrv.senamhi.gob.pe

* In logs from /nsr/logs/daemon.raw from the client It doesnt show any  messages error when the backup start from de Server only with the save  command.

* In both cases backups intiated from server or client indicates the IP 10.10.20.1, this IP is the Firewall....First, this is a problem with filtered packets from the Firewall?? and second, Any tip for demostrate that?

Thanks for your assistance

You should be able to add that IP address 10.10.20.1 to the ALIASES section of that client configuration. Backup should work after that.

Hi Angel,

You probably check the NAT on the firewall.
