Recovery of vProxy image from cloud tier fails

Hi Team,

We are running Networker 9.1 with DDVE 3.0. We have created cloud tier devices in the DDVE. The backups and restores of the filesystem are success. We are able to send the filesystem backups to cloud and restore from cloud.

With vProxy(virtual machines) we are able to send backp to cloud. BUt while doing a restore, getting below error:

Virtual machine recovery failed: Unable to find a usable device for recovery of saveset xxxxxx: Unable to find enabled device for volume xxxxxxxxxx

We did create staging pool of type clone and ensure it doesn't have any savesets. But still, the restore is failing. The cloud provider we are having is VirtuStream.

Staging doesn't need to be clone (cloning should be clone).  However, that volume xxxxxx - is it requied to be mounted on different storage node now than it is originally?  If so, extending storage node list (or using autoselect feature) might work for you (or actually you just select recover storage node to be the one where device is now).
